You will need:
- Whipped Cream Cheese (16 oz.)
- Black Beans (Rinsed)
- Mango Salsa
- Shredded Cheese (Mexican or Colby)
- Serving Dish
Directions:
1. Spread whipped cream cheese on serving dish.
2. Sprinkle rinsed black beans on top of cream cheese.
3. Layer mango salsa over black beans.
4. Top with shredded cheese.
5. Serve with tortilla chips.

ReplyDeleteI think you could use plain Greek yogurt to make this healthier. I have done that on other recipes before, but usually substitute for sour cream. Maybe try 1/2 cream cheese and 1/2 Greek yogurt?

Great recipe for the holiday weekend, its been a hit so far! However, I DID use greek yogart rather then sour cream...you really cant tell a difference!
